All domestic orders will be delivered according to location and the kind of shipping service chosen. Generally, between
- Chennai - 1-2 working days
- Tamil Nadu 2- 3 working days
- South India - 2 - 3 working days
- North India - 3 - 4 working days
- Outside India - >5 working days

- For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Charges variation will be notified personally
- We will opt for Indian postal if the courier service is not available on the selected Pincode without consent
- If an item is out of stock, we will hold the order for a maximum of two days. If the product is still not restocked we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.
- If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Always watch out for local conditions as well.

- All orders till 12 PM will be dispatched the same day based on the availability of all products. Orders after 12 PM will be dispatched in the next working day only.
