- If the parcel is returned to us due to No service by courier / party not available/ door locked/ could noy locate the address, we will resend the parcel in india postal and it will not qualify for refund.
- Refund is not accepted on DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
- On return or damage of products only replacement will be given. No kind of refunds are encouraged.
- If the order is dispatched from us, no kind of return or refund can be made.
- Products can only be exchanged with similar products or other products of the same value on request.
- If the package returns due to wrong address / unavailability of the consent person / shifting / office time over or any such reasons it can be resent only once.
- Refunds will not be made for returns with reasons - customer not reachable, wrong delivery address. We will only arrange to resend the parcel in india postal.
